Duchy (+Hurmu) Resident Census.

I need to know now, the census information for the Duchies. I need to know what Unique residents the Duchies have. ie, I need each person put into 1 duchy and 1 only. Hurmu, I just want your numbers anyway you wanna count them. As a Territory you can manage your residency status as you please.

If A citizen comes up in 2 different censuses then we'll sort out with them/their duke where they go. I only want ACTIVE citizens. Ones on LOA's will still count, but I want to know which those are.

I would like to have my primary residence be in Straylight, but keep my lands in Hyperborea. I won't be too active in Elwynn or try to take it over, I just like my little island.

Abolishing Hyperborea will never happen. There's too much culture and too many stories. It's a center of Scottishness.

Maybe we should transfer Hyperborea to Straylight control. It would make the most sense. It is controlled by Scott, who controls Straylight.

No. Hyperborea and Elwynn are inextricably linked by ancient and powerful cultural ties. If I've got to return to Elwynn, I will, but people have been holding multiple territories for years now and I don't see why this is suddenly a big deal.

I'm not really doing anything in Straylight besides writing tongue-in-cheek news about Lightwave. The sanct was offered to Yardistan at one point (which I declined since I dislike breaking up contiguous territory), which if we need to consolidate things I can lease it or something...
