County of Modan-Lach under Imperial Lockdown.

4 spam bots have spammed Modan-Lach in just the last few hours. I keep removing and banning them, but they keep coming. For the next 24 hours Modan-Lach is under Lock-down in an attempt to stop the spamming.

My hope is with the forums locked the bots or the people charge will stop spamming. If someone else has a better idea. Let me know.
