Kaiser Loki III, I have watched your reign with interest and admiration. I must admit, when I saw your appointment, I was a little shocked at the choice. Not THE Jacobus! Not THE Kaiser! But you have proven yourself beyond any shadow of a doubt. You have ruled with a mixture of firmness, compassion, and perhaps most importantly, a continued active prescence that really seems to have revitalized the nation's spirit. I found myself agreeing with a large number of your decisions and the direction you've taken this country, and indeed it has given me hope for the first time in a long while that Shireroth is doing more than just trying to stay afloat indefinately - that they are continually trying to excel. My hat is off to you, sir. You did a bang up job.

The life, community, existance and growth of Shireroth is precious beyond the wars and chaos that may swirl in other quarters.

This has been the height of my admitedly checkered career. Much of the credit needs to go to this community, this micro-nation, that accepted a dubious character into their midst and showed him support, opportunity and honor.
