Ayreon, by the Grace of Her Most Sacred Lady, Kaiser, Prince of Hvalafell, Count of Shirekeep, unto the Gods of the Cedrist Might, the Lords and Ladies of Shireroth, and the Good People of the Empire, greetings --

For all sakes, Imperial decrees 303 and 307 are repealed.
