This whole place was a lot more conceptually interesting before I realized it was just an elaborate in-joke between Ari and Scott about some Civ scenario. :/

Hey.. I'm still serious about it. For me it's a giant Manual of Exalted Power: The Autochthonians in-joke. And various other sources.

I'm going to have to learn some of these in-jokes...
