Amending the Charter.

Right now the Kaiser can will support of the Arbiter and Praetor.

What say people to the idea of giving the Landsraad the power to put forth an amendment with Kaiser and Arbiter support. Basically, the Landsraad votes, and the Kaiser and Arbiter would get a veto.

I think that is a great way of keeping it balanced. I think something like this would have a positive effect for Shireroth. If we say the charter can never change then we are signing our death certificate.
