1. I'm thinking maybe Yardis wasn't that great an idea. Maybe we should have named it something less derivative of an old Duchy.

2. Give the non-ruling Duke Commissioners the power to appoint an Emissary if, or regardless of, the Duke is inactive in the Landsraad, so we don't get punished for inactivity by the Kaiser.

3. Officially decide who we would want as Kaiser if the choice falls to our house.

2. Perhaps we should let the execution of the office rotate if the current executioner isn't active in the Landsraad? Just a thought.

2. 2 missed votes and the remaining commisioners can appoint an emissary. Missing for 2 week and the remaining commissioners can decide the current duke is inactive declare a new rotation.
