Stormark surrenders

I've just received word that the Viking Empire of Stormark has surrendered.According to the Diplomacy rulebook, when an empire surrenders, it goes into civil disorder. Units defend themselves but neither move nor support each other. Any unit that loses a battle disbands rather than retreats. Keep this in mind when planning your next few moves.

Unfortunately, Stormark is so small and besieged by so many sides now that I don't think it would be very much fun for anyone. You can definitely play next game...as Karnali! With ice cream!
