Spring 1903 - In The End It Was The Lawyers That Did Us In

In a move that's not displayed here, Russia retreats from Ukraine to Rumania. Afterward, France and Turkey process their builds without trouble, Russia disbands a unit not currently tied up anywhere, and... what's up with Austria? If you count the units vs. the supply centers you can see that they should be able to get in a build...

... if it wasn't for the rule that you can only build units in your starting supply centers. Uh, sorry about forgetting about that one :knife, but building an army in Serbia *is* an illegal move and I'm going to assume the other players were able to count on it failing, so I can't fairly fiat it in. Therefore, Austria will remain without a build this turn. If they don't lose a supply center and their supply centers are free they'll be able to build a unit come next winter.

Orders for the next turn are due... uh... I'll go with Mon Dec 14 12:00:00 UTC 2009... for now. I'm not sure about it because I don't remember if Ardy's weekend LOAs have ended yet, and if they haven't and he needs a deadline extension to be able to diplomatise properly I'll be happy to give him a day.

Also on deadlines, anyone mind if shorten the deadline on build orders by a day?

Build orders to a day (or two max) is fine with me.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Two days.
Oh ye who torments me in dreams of dark abysses, beware the sleeping shadow, for it is a bane like no other...
