You'll note that the processing of this turn did take until the final deadline. This was because although everyone had submitted orders, I was too busy to process them myself before the deadline. But that's OK, since order amendments did keep coming pretty much until the end anyway, so... yeah. Next time, build orders will have no ASAPpiness clause, just a normal three-day deadline.
So, yeah. Turkey builds a fleet in Ankara; Austria an army in Budapest, Italy one in Venice. England builds fleets in Edinburgh and London, Germany armies in Kiel and Berlin, and Russia an army in Warsaw and a fleet in St. Petersburg, on the coast of the Gulf of Bothnia (meaning it can move into lvn, bot or fin, but not bar or nwy).
Orders for the next turn are due Sat Dec 5 12:00:00 UTC 2009. Preliminary partial orders that came in as part of the build orders have been noted, but are, as are orders in general, amendable.
