Same as the original turn, except France fires ze missiles.

Austria can build 1 unit
England can build 2 units
France can build 1 unit
Germany can build 2 units
Italy can build 1 unit
Russia can build 2 units
Turkey can build 1 unit

Build orders are due ASAP as I will resolve builds as soon as I have orders from everyone, but not later than Wed Dec 2 12:00:00 UTC 2009. (read: deadline bumped back by a day)

I've already submitted my build orders. So when are move orders due? Tomorrow (Wed)?

Three days from when I get the builds posted. Which should be soon after Russia's gotten back to me on a clarification that neither of us knew would be needed before I actually tried processing the builds, which I haven't had time to do before now.
