SCUE bank Technical Issues.
So, a few things I might as well ask since I write the software:
Do we want people to be able to change the subdivision or country their account is registered to in the bank?
Do we want a means to retrieve/reset passwords automatically?
Are there any other things we need the bank to be able to do?
Currently I'm trying to make a mod so we can do loans. We have a basic stock market mod, with a more complex simulationist one coming from Andreas.
Do any nations have technical issues they want addressed?

Meh. Probably it's better that you let this like it is now: that way we avoid that people move their accounts too much. And maybe there are nations that have certain restrictions.Do we want people to be able to change the subdivision or country their account is registered to in the bank?
That could be easy. But not really necessary. I assume that the admins can give you a new password if someone asks after it.Do we want a means to retrieve/reset passwords automatically?
The automatised loan-mod is the only thing I can currently think of. And the stock exchange of Andreas, of course. Are there any other things we need the bank to be able to do?
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki

But what if somebody wants to move the majority of their business interests to another micronation? Or move from one micronation to another? Should their bank account still remain in the old location?

They would have to ask an admin to change the subdivision/country at this time.

Ah. I suppose that that sort of a thing doesn't happen very often, then.

No, and half the time it does, it's me (as admin) saying "Hey Natopia/Batavia/new nation X has joined the bank. You're more active there than Shireroth. Do you want me to switch your account over?" [obviously a lot of dual-cits started with accounts when it was just a Shirithian bank]
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.

Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

How do you change it at the moment? Do you have to go directly into the database and to it manually?

There is an admin page that handles it. It would be easy for me to make a page that let users modify their own. Just copy the page really.

Re: SCUE bank Technical Issues.
I have tried to implement regular occurring events once already and there appeared to be a problem with it. But I could in theory create a mod for regular transfers, though I'd have to get Ari to get CRON working properly, or at least get the execution code working correctly.
