Goldenbrook Decree 4: Baronies and counties.

The following Baronies shall be disbanded and their counties put under the direct authority of the Duke.

Barony of Parvatvana
Barony of Ynnraile

Further the County of Caverden shall be removed from Dolor, which shall be renamed to a Barony.

Any other lands a Baron wishes to willingly part with shall be appreciated.
