Goldenbrook Decree 2: Outside interference.

I make this decree as Steward of Goldenbrook.

All non-residents are to leave the duchy and cease interfering in our restructuring Attempts.

Mike did NOT leave the country, as his post was in the Shrine Of Controversy, and not the MiniImNat, thus it was not an official statement of leaving. All will accept this, and leave him be.

The Kaiser is asked to be included in this. He is currently not welcome in this Duchy as his presence is aggravating unstable elements in the duchy and is not conducive to our needs.

We as a duchy need time to address the changes made. We must do this on our own and without outside interference. Please respect our wishes.

Actions will be taken to facilitate and encourage cooperation in this matter.
