Goldenbrook Decree One

I. Goldshire and Brookshire are hereby united as Goldenbrook.

II. Aryeztur is the Duke of Goldrenbrook. Erik Mortis is his heir. Furthermore, Erik Mortis is forgiven and for any prior acts of rebellion against Brookshire and all troops within his territory or on the bridge between Dolor and Shirekeep are hereby removed.

III. The Great Kehl shall remain and its functions shall be unaltered. It shall, however, include, all nobles from the Duchy of Goldenbrook, including those who were from Goldshire.

IV. Dolor and Khorze are confirmed as Baronies under the control of Erik and Aryeztur respectively. The rest of Goldenbrook shall be held in trust by the Duchy and is available to be claimed by anyone who wishes. Malliki's lands are an exception and shall be reserved for him, should he return.

V. The capital of Goldenbrook shall be moved to Mejor on the Elwynn River. Mejor shall be renamed Prashokreti (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frashokereti) which is derived from the Zoroastrian meaning "making wonderful, excellent" and also signifies the event of the destruction of the Universe and evil, equal to Ragnarok.

VI. All positions and titles of nobility will remain the same. Goldshire and Brookshire's traditions and laws will be reconciled in the near future by the mutual consent of nobles from both regions.

VII. A new flag will be designed.

VIII. The Brookshire Cultural and Historical Society shall become the Goldenbrook Cultural and Historical Society and shall collect information on both former Duchies.

IX. The Order of Vajra is hereby revived and declared the common military of Goldenbrook.

X. Considering the religious, philosophical, and mythological diversity of Goldenbrook, the Duke will not promote or propagate any philosophy or faith in his capacity as Duke.

XI. Both Erik Mortis and Aryeztur agree to this basic framework.
