Kaikias-Norfolk War or Antican Civil War

Hello! I wanted to inform whoever is in charge here that the County of Kaikias (my domain) is going to be having a civil war against the County of Norfolk (the domain of Count Nick Foghorn Leghorn.) If we could have a subforum to use, I'd be very grateful.

Oh, er, magic and nukes will not be allowed; if I win, Nick must support seven (7) pieces of legislation I put through the Chamber, of my choosing, as well as publicly condemn Kuralyov; if he wins, Imust support any Norfolkian military operations.

Interesting, but any attack on a recwar level against a county is automaticly considered an act of war on all of Shireroth... hm... where's that kaiser to decide this....
