The Commonwealth states of Hurmu and Stormark have entered into a Treaty of Peace and Friendship which, among other things, conveys the Commonwealth Court jurisdiction over disputes arising from that treaty.

HURMU and HIS MOST IMPERIAL AND MOST ROYAL MAJESTY THE ETERNAL SOVEREIGN VIKING EMPEROR,
MINDFUL of the shared History, Friendship and Cooperation between their respective States and Peoples in the Fields of Culture, Law, and Commerce,
ACKNOWLEDGING the Importance of stable bilateral Relationships between States in order to keep the World a safer and more decent World for all of their Peoples, and Peoples not subject to them,
RESOLVED to strengthen their existing Relationship and to further Peace in the World through the Motto of “Peace at Home, Peace in the World”
HAVE THEREFORE MOVED to conclude the present Treaty and have appointed as their Plenipotentiaries, for HURMU, Arviður úr Ansinum, Councillor of Hurmu for the Nations, and for HIS MOST IMPERIAL AND MOST ROYAL MAJESTY THE ETERNAL SOVEREIGN VIKING EMPEROR, Her Most Imperial and Most Royal Highness, Lady Aoife, Crown Princess of Stormark, who, having extended to each other their Powers and Credences, have agreed to the following Articles of Agreement:
Article 1.
There shall be a continued State of Peace and Friendship between Hurmu and His Most Imperial and Most Royal Majesty the Eternal Sovereign Viking Emperor, His Heirs and Successors in Accordance with Law, and between their Peoples and States.
Article 2
His Most Imperial and Most Royal Majesty the Eternal Sovereign Viking Emperor and His Domains recognise the Freedom and Sovereignty of their Brethren – the People and Nation of Hurmu.
Article 3
The People of Hurmu recognise the Freedom and Sovereignty of His Most Imperial and Most Royal Majesty the Eternal Sovereign Viking Emperor, His Domains, and His People – being the Brethren of Hurmu – and His Most Imperial and Most Royal Majesty's Empire.
Article 4
As such, the Treaty of Ghawlama is repealed and declared null and void.
Article 5
Any Disagreements, that cannot be solved in any other Way than through the Recourse to the Learned in Law, shall be adjudged through the Commonwealth Court.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, We, the Plenipotentiaries to the present Treaty, have signed the present Treaty.
Done at Haraldsborg, the twenty-fifth of Gladsheim of the eighth Year of the Second Viking Age in the Second Viking Epoch, corresponding to the twenty-fifth of Azar of the one thousand and three hundred and eighty-eighth solar year of the Hegira.
