We hit the time limit on the build phase because Italy never submitted their build order. I am unsure if they are still in the game or not. If they fail to submit orders this turn, I will put them into civil disorder.
Spring moves are due Saturday at 7 PM American / 12 AM Brit / 1 AM Borkbork. That's less than 48 hours technically, but I don't want the time to keep slipping back too far.
