Winter 1903

A full turn of no successful combat actions. England once again attacked St. Pete and Russia once again defended their home turf. Russia tried to reclaim Sevastapol but found the Turks too entrenched, and what could only be called a last-ditch attack by Austrian forces was repelled by the Turks as well, which is at least at little odd since it was Italy and Germany that took their land and not Turkey, but hey. The Italian commander was out for pasta this turn, submitting no orders, but this did not hurt his ability to hold Trieste against the disposed Austrians.

France is all but unrecognizable now, having been almost completely eaten up by Germany and England, and Austria is similarly decimated. Russia hangs on largely by the virtue of most people not paying too much attention to it.

Germany continued to be the biggest winner this year, getting another two units, and Austria took it in the chin and is forced to disband most of their army. Are you guys ever going to get organized against fighting the big countries or what!

Build phase!

Austria must disband TWO units.
England can build ONE unit.
France (civil disorder) can build ZERO units.
Germany can build TWO units.
Italy can build ONE units.
Russia can build ZERO units.
Turkey can build ONE unit.

Next turn will begin when all build/disband orders have been submitted, or at the latest Thursday at 7 PM American / 12 AM Brit / 1 AM Borkbork.

Once again, you cannot disband units more units than you have to, even if you're ragequitting. I'll apply standard disbandment procedures to people that submit incorrect disband orders.

Italy hasn't submitted a build, and they didn't submit move orders last turn either. It would be weird for a country to go into civil disorder because they wouldn't build...

WAT

Wouldn't it just be treated as "waive build"?

Well, yeah. But I put a country into civil disorder if they don't send moves in two consecutive seasons.

So put them in civil disorder if Max doesn't submit moves next turn.
