Fall 1901

Post by Harvey Steffke »

French and English fleets clashed in the English channel as did Turkish and Russian fleets in the Black Sea, with the results of both skirmishes being inconclusive.

Italy tried to move a fleet in Rome to the Tyrrhenian Sea, which would have been a really good idea except for the fact that they started with an army there and not a fleet. They also had no luck moving into the well-defended Austrian Trieste territory.

Austria did in fact submit moves; their moves were simply to all hold position. They have let themselves become surrounded, but did manage to repel an Italian early attack.

Thank you all for submitting your moves in good timely order.

The cutoff for Fall 1901 moves is Wednesday the 17th at 5 PM American / 10 PM Brit / 11 PM Borkbork. Please note that, even if everyone submits moves early, the turn will not end until that time, so if you want to change your mind and submit different orders later you can still do so any time before the cutoff.
