On KZFO, Foghorn mentions that some people have told him that Delphi was the director of SHINE.
Do we know who these people are, or why exactly they're telling sketchy dual citizens important intelligence secrets?

Good question. VERY good question. This is getting alot worse.
There are no flowers, no not this time. There will be no angels gracing the lines, just these stark words I find.
