Researcher Needed for Mini Ex Work!

Essentially I could do this myself, but I've got 3000 to give away, SO, the following needs to get done:

Treaty Archives to be reviewed and updated (if necessary)
State of Foreign Affairs to be reviewed and updated (it definitely is necessary)
A document in the likeness of the State of Foreign Affairs to be provided to the Minister noting all current treaties/recognitions and all expired treaties/recognitions

Doesn't seem like much, but it's a LOT of work. Therefore, who wants some cash? Like, A LOT of cash.
