Attention Graphics Artists!

I need me some graphics!

I would like to commission two pieces of fantabulastastic artwork, myself being artistically challenged. The first would be official government work: A seal for the ministry of the exterior. Make it pretty.

The second would be fairly simple, just a nice little image that I can sign things with (obviously, with my name: Allot). I am lazy. I am aware I could probably make it with MSPaint. Do you want the money or not?

600 the lot. Negotiable.

Is there a way you can just make a smaller circle (I like the red) and just put the initials "IA"?
