So I think I understand the 1000 a day thing. What I wanted to ask was if my SCIRA counted as entering the system or no. If not then where should I leave my blank entrance. I discussed the Ouroboros with Longbow and he said it would be aprox 40,000 points so I need to save up.

If you read the Grandfathering section, you can start with your SCIRA troops in your orbat; but then the 50 days to redeploy starts counting from when you post that SCIRA-grandfathered orbat.

So if I start making an OrBat now, can I start by listing the full 50,000 points, or does my first one have to be 1,000 points and I can't make a 50,000 point one until 50 days from now?

Is my SCOWL army necessarily the same army I take to MCS recwars like the Ocia one?

And, this might be a dumb question but I swear I read the rules: do I have to pay erb for this army?

1. You start with 0 thousand, and build up from when you start your orbat (hence suggesting you post a zero orbat if you haven't SCIRA troops)

2. No. For a start, your SCOWL army can include magical units ...

3. No. However, later you could pay someone erb to include some units you want in their army, and to give you control of those units; effectively paying for more units.
