You sign it, and if nobody objects for a week, you're in.

You then (and this is absolutely important and the last two nations like Ashkenatza and the Nederlanden have forgotten to do it still, despite several reminders) tell me how many citizens you have who are not already involved in the economy (so, for example, you wouldn't count yourself Jess, as you're already involved); and you also tell me any provinces you want (citizens register an account in a province in your nation). I then do my magic adminy stuff and behold - you have money and can register an account in your nation. If you don't tell me those two things, you can't get money.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
However, this account still manages:
Cla'Udi - Count of Melangia
Manuel - CEO of VBNC. For all you'll ever need.
Vincent Waldgrave - Lord General of Gralus
Q - Director of SAMIN
Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Sign the treaty on your end. Then the SCUE holds a "review", if no significant objections rise up, your in. At which point you tell us what subdivisions you want, and the name of your treasury account. We make some calculations based on citizens you have that are NOT already accounted for by other countries and your get some money.

Mostly, just sign the treaty and post it to your nation's repository thread. Then tell us what subdivisions you want listed in the bank, if any.
