Stormark regularly analyses the citizen base of the Empire. Currently, counting the autonomous countries of Treisenberg and Hurmu, Stormark has 19 citizens. Here is a list:1. How many active citizens (who are not already participating in the Small Commonwealth United Economy - eg yourself, Andelarion, Corey etc ...) does Stormark have who would now be joining the SCUE? Ie how many new citizens would be added in your starting allocation of funds?
In brackets are accounts already in place in other member states of the Commonwealth.Ætfrit Gótjansdattir

Of these people, excluding those with accounts abroad, I expect many to be active due to the ceremonial nature and the high employment rate of Stormark. Pensions for those who are knighted have been discussed, awarding money for skalds ("bounties") as well as perhaps a Viking twist of playing a game of raids among each other, for the sake of fun.
It is also possible that Stormark would join some inter-SC recwar league later.
No. The economic structure of the Commonwealth intrigued us and is a system we are willing to copy, however giving it an Imperial, Viking design. Hierarchic and meritocratic at the same time. The economies of Treisenberg and Hurmu will be under the laws of their respective legislatures. Therefore, a sum would each be allocated them in form of central banks for Hurmu and Treisenberg.2. Does Stormark currently have any sort of functioning economy?
According to the calculations made, Stormark would have funds covering its needs for well some time. So at the moment, regular taxes is not a possibility explored, but we would of course reserve the right to change this in the future. Hurmu would probably not tax its residents, but I cannot answer for Treisenberg.3. Is Stormark intending to institute any sort of regular taxes on its citizens?
