I knew it was a good idea to have a small Barony. With Harvey, all positions of Count are taken. Did someone say 'war' to take other territories? :evil

I am pleased to hear of Harvey's elevation to Count, and will do him the honour of a formal visit to his County at the earliest opportunity.
