Duke William stood in front of a highly polished marble building in Brookshire Hamlet. A red ribbon blocked the entrance. Around him were hundreds of people, and beside him was a section marked off for the various barons and counts of Brookshire. Duke William took his stand on the podium to make a speech,
Welcome, all the people of Brookshire, to the official opening of the Brookshire Historical & Cultural Society.
This building will serve the important purpose of housing important documents pertaining to Brookshire, historical artifacts, and help in the development of Brookshire as a whole. It will be a means to fuse our history with our present, and without further a due....
Willaim took hold of a pair of unusually large scissors and preceded to cut the ribbon in front of the building. The huge audience erupted in applause, and made there way into the building.

Why not just open up some pointless organization and then do a ribbon cutting for that?
