1. Yes.
2. If mean attaches and such, no. I'm already struggling to find ambassadors, I can't afford to give you actual people. In LalaLand (read: in character) you can have as big an entourage as you want, as long as you play every member :P. I hope I answered your question.
3. Probably, as long as you actually visit once in a while. Couldn't tell you what the average salary is though, I'm not sure I even get paid!
