ISI Stock is now available on the SC Market for all to purchase.

There is now (and will always be) 100 stocks for the company. Ownership of the company is determined by a majority ownership of stocks (ie. 50+ stocks of ISI and its yours).

Buying stock will allow different rights within the company.

1 -> Whining privileges (otherwise sassyness will be met with GIANT SPACE CANNONS... Ahem.. yes...)
2-5 -> Authorization to create and manipulate ANY ISI type character OF YOUR OWN. (So no touching Lucard)
6-9 -> Access to low authorization ISI projects (ie. Early missile detection system.)
10-14 -> Secondary Owner - Access to all but the Ouroboros Systems + Authorization to initiate any field of research.
15+ -> ISI Partner. No restriction to privileges.
50 -> Ownership rights.

Price will fluctuate depending on my mood.

You will need to amend that to specifically exclude DSI projects from the perks available to private shareholders.

Well not strictly speaking. In life we all have free will and are capable of making our own choices. In your case the choice is between the proposed amendment and a compulsory purchase order with optional evisceration.

If VBNC have 15 stock, can we take a satellite array?

Acesses too. Not Ownership.

I'm going to have to rewrite this anyways so don't spend you money quite yet. If you are reffering to the array you commissioned though, I know I'm putting off dealing with it simply because I'm still not sure wether I should be selling the array or rights to its development (it is a valuable asset.) I will return to ISI related work after exams (ie. next tusday)

Ooh, now there's something we can use the Judex for: class action false advertising suits!

Unfortunately not. For As an independent organization I can offer whatever I want. When the Kaiser intervenes, it is outside of my powers to abilities to follow through with my promises. So it was not false advertising, merely arrested development.

One could make a case though that you are fully aware that certain projects of the ISI fall under direct Shierrithian military control due to previous statements made by the Kaiser and/or members of the military, but you either chose to ignore them or actually did forget them and made your stock privileges appear to encompass them anyway. Since ignorance is no excuse for the law, even if you did forget it amounts to the same thing as intentionally ignoring previous statements, which is firm false advertising grounds

I don't care per se, and I'm sure not going to sue anyone over it, but if anyone else wants to go ahead I'd be happy to make this case in the court. Heck, I could even be your lawyer. :thumbsup

EDIT: Well bring it in two or so days... Otherwise you wont have anyone to argue against.

Trials in absentia are not unlawful... :evil

(ditto trials in the Barony of Absentia, which are not unlawful per se, merely unspeakable)
