An excerpt from Lucard Wrend's speech at the joint ISI/DSI board meeting.

The next project the DSI plans to take on is the development of Low Orbiting Anti-Ballistic Platforms. The aim of the project will be to develop a space based radar system that is able to detect hostile projectiles and planes and react by releasing a barrage of seeking missiles to intercept and neutralize the target. Practical applications will probably lie in countering an intercontinental nuclear option. More information will be available as development takes place.
