OBJECTIVE: Create a permanent and modernized launch site for all ISI launches. Refurbish and modernize the current rockets and boosters used for launches. Modernize the launching proceeders.

OBJECTIVE: Designee, launch, and maintain telecommunication satellites in low orbit. Propagate the cell phone.
