The Three Key Policy

Post by Leo Fenrir »

Due too the mixed nature of the ISI and all its projects, existing as a sole entity of the MiniEx is an unwanted position. To avoid this problem the ISI is implementing the 'Three Key Policy' which will be integrated into all systems.

I. All launches may only be authorized by the use of one of three 'Keys' to initiate the sequences.

II. Any significant changes to standing orders to any satellite or machinery must be authorized by one of the three 'Keys'.

III. The keys shall be designed using laser encryption which prevent duplication.

IV. The keys shall be given to:
a. The Head of the ISI (Title: [to be announced])
b. The Minister of Military Affairs
c. The Kaiser or Kaiseress

V. When the person filling one of the above mentioned roles steps down or is fired they are obligated to pass on the key to the next person to fill their role.
