Why is this under the MiniEx.

Shouldn't this be under MoMA, MiniInt or MORE?

Keep up Erik. Leo is running the ISI, so he wanted it under the MiniEx.

But..... It's not a diplomatic, or espionage matter.

But you have to agree that it is pretty external. :p

Beyond the fact I'm running it I do have logical arguments for everything that I do... Almost everything.

The only other appropriate ministry to lead the program would be MoMA but I felt that there was more to the ISI then simply military technology. The fact I happened to be MIniEx was simply a pleasant coincidence.

It's a moot issue regardless. You're here, you're queer, or space-y at least, and we all will just have to get used to it. :archy

I feel that there are some civilian applications for firing rockets into the upper atmosphere and taking bets on where they come down again but to be honest the Military have a certain lead here. SDI was our baby after all.

I kinda remember someone instructing you to cooperate when the need arises. Who was that?

That is a given issue which I will address with time. The implementation of the 'Three Key Policy' should clear things up on the the separation of the ISI from MoMA.

However speaking of the SDI I am planning to restart the program with which I would appreciate your help Ardy.

Nah, that ain't love in the air - it's more likely to be trace residue in the atmosphere from a pheromone bomb we've been working on next door.
