At approximately 1010 EST our instruments detected a nation wide broadcasting of low energy gamma frequencies. The source of this anomaly has yet to be determined though conclusive data seems unlikely. The frequency recorded seemed to have a pattern which may indicate that the phenomenon may be a transmission. This discovery holds many implications though the possibility of alien contact seems improbable due to the localized nature of the broadcast. The research team is currently working on defragmenting the particle noise from the recordings.
