Henceforth, a new program shall be established at the Academy of Elwynn entitled the Basic World Operation Programme, which shall be mandated with providing citizens of Elwynn with the minimum basic skills and knowledge to operate in the the world and contribute to Elwynnese society. All citizens of Elwynn under the age of 16 shall have the right to attend the Middle Years program upon completion of a predetermined entrance exam. The BWOP shall be free of charge (excluding materials cost).
The program itself and the curriculum shall be defined at a later date. In general, the following skills and knowledge will be acquired before leaving the programme (failing which the candidate will not receive a Certificate of Completion):
In addition, all candidates must also complete the following requirements to obtain their Certificate of Completion:** Ability to write, read, speak, and listen in Common at a native level
** Ability to write, read, speak, and listen in a second language of the candidate's choice at a basic level
** Ability to perform basic mathematical procedures
** Ability to use and operate a firearm
** Ability to understand and explain the operation of firearms in general (i.e. Basic Chemistry and Physics)
** Ability to understand and explain the Laws of the Land and the Ducal Decrees
** Ability to think critically and evaluate the likelihood of an invasion and to explain basic retaliation procedures
Evaluation of all of the above items will be performed via written and practical examinations at the end of the two year program. Examinations will be internally graded and externally moderated.** Successful completion of 50 hours of military service
** Successful completion of 50 hours of work in a government office
** Successful 30 seconds of survival in the private domicile of the Khan of Vijayanagara
