I'm making it so admins can now add and remove country AND subdivisions at will without needed to mess with code. I've changed a lot actually to implement this. Nothing for users SHOULD be broken...

Account creation might not work fully for a day. I'm trying to get it done by the end of tonight, but I have work from 5:30-10pm.. so it might take me some time.

0.6.1 created the table for subivisions and added it to the config file. 
0.7.0 Discovered "SELECT DISTINCT". Removing DB_TABLE_COUNTRY. updating config.
			Removing countrylib.php. Creating sublib.php to handle all this. 
			Rewriting addcountry.php, use addsubdivision.php to add new subdivisions.
			Removed deletecountry.php (you will have to remove all its subdivisions.
			Now use deletesubdivision.php to remove subdivision.
			Created viewsubdivisions.php.

I'm having issue finding what subdivision are supposed to be in the bank.. I lost my lists.. damn it...


I got Shireroth in, and I think I got Natopia and Gralus, and Stormark... Nelaga I'm missing a few.


Due to weirdness from the past, all Shireroth accounts need to have their subdivisions reset to what the are. They are correct. But not capitalized. (I fixed brookshire already.)

Ignore that, I fixed it myself. Leave it to Straylight to have the only two accounts that glitched things with odd character encoding.
