So, I've decided to finally start a company for the bank software and other services I provide.

I'll soon provide shares of stock, which will have voting privileges in the company. May do occasional dividends.

I won't be hiring employees, but will on occasion offer contracts for others to fill.

Share holders will be able to make suggests on the company, who to offer contracts to and stuff like that. Those will more shares will get more say.
