K'Tzuni and Orthodoxy

Since I am a huge fan of Slavic traditions and culture (I'm 1/3 Czech :P), I have decided to use my powers as Steward of K'Tzuni to make the majority religion in the county of Jugenskaja and possibly surrounding areas of no one objects, to Eastern Orthodoxy. This will allow me to incorporate a lot of imagery that would otherwise seem foreign without Orthodoxy being in place. Which also means I will be looking for a Patriarch

Why is almost every Americans 1/3th, 1/4, 1/5 or even 1/15th French, Spanish, Irish, British, Dutch,...?

You can't be 1/3rd..... it has to be a power of 2.

I'm 1/4 dutch, 1/4 Russian/Ukrainian 1/8 Austrian and 3/8 English.
