Gotta build some housing

Let´s start consulting and working out how much wood and labor I need to build housing for these dang peasants. Wouldn´t them to get sick and not be able to work cuz they had to sleep out in the rain or something.

Level 2. 5 Building Materials

So is this 5 building materials for each peasant family per house? Right now I have 24 peasant families and imagine I need 24 houses right now. I intend to have more plots and more peasants eventually. Is this a one time building of a house or is this how much I need each week?

How much labor must I use to build a wood house? - something like the rate of 10 peasants (1unit or 1 family) for the length of 4 weeks to build a wood house, maybe longer to build a stone house?

This would also be something like 40 peasants families for 1 week to build a wood house, 80 peasant families for 3.5 days or two houses in a week.

No, levels are once off payments for the whole plot. So you pay 5 Building Materials once and you build a set of houses big enough for the (max 9 I think) peasants you're allowed at that level. As you see, the requirements get fairly expensive fairly quickly - you wouldn't like to be doing them for every peasant.

Advancing the level doesn't have a labour requirement (mainly cause I invented labour later for buildings). If you'd li to develop some sort of building things as well, you're welcome to.

The time has come to discuss this more because the ME is annoying me. That is, anyone who's explored may have come across something with -ME at the end, standing for Mutually Exclusive. That means you can't get both resources at the same time. Common ones are farming and mineral, or farming and wood.

Anyway, the plan was you would later be able to construct buildings to overcome that - eg a mine for mineral resources, a plantation for forest/farm etc. Now, since this is a one off payment to remove the ME, what's an appropriate price for it?

ummm, just for that I went and looked at every PM you sent telling me the resources of my plots.

Not in a single one of them did you say any resouces were Mutually Exclusive.

The time has arrived for me to figure out this weeks production. I haven't heard back from you as to natural gas and farming being ME. I shall attempt to treatas ME this week. If I hear nothing I will go back to mutual production.

If there is a cost to make them ME I will do my best to fullfil that once I know what that cost.

As for costs ... conflicts are:
Metal and Farming - so build a "Mine"
Two types of metals - so build a "Mine" (assuming one is underground and the other is open cut)
Farming and Animals - build an "Enclosure" (for the animals)
Farming and Wood - set up a "Reserve"
Animals and Animals - build an "Enclosure"
Farming and Gas - build a whatever it is you use to extract gas.
Metal and Gas - build either a Mine or whatever it is you use to extract gas.

Therefore we have
Mine - what say 5 Wood, 15 Stone, abour [that is, 10 labourers for a week]
Enclosure - what say 20 Wood, 5 Stone, 15 Labour
Reserve - what say 20 Stone, 5 Metal, 15 Labour (telling you to build it out of wood seems stupid)
Extracting Gas - What say 10 Stone, 10 Metal, 10 Wood, 10 Labour

My suggestion is to add 10 power to building a mine and 20 power to extracting gas.

I suggest no power added to building an enclosure or a reserve as it seems the peasants should be able to do that without extra power.
