So I think I´m spending 40 Kala for two plots, 9 and 14, and 15 Kala for the surveys, and 6 Kala for the 60 peasants, 20 for peasants for each plot.

So I spend 61 Kala and have 39 left - right?

Yes, all correct (though note that you have to pay that Kala each day to peasants to get them to work). I'll pm you the plot descriptions.

EDIT: Though it's only 12 for surveys, not 15. So I'll give you that three back.

I´ll hire those 6 Freemen (Hired Labourer work groups) for Monday through Friday and pay the additional 24 Kala.

Will the resouces produced go on the list here along with our Kala? ... and then be removed as we sell or use them?

If not, where will the list each our resources be kept?

I haven't decided, what would you prefer - list resources here too, or list resources in your Plot thread?

It seems to me to be sure the list is accurate and not inflated by the peasants, production should be reported here. The Governor should report it here and then the Ruler can verify it, I guess from the plots thread, and post it here. You might say don't report more often than (time length suitable to you, the Ruler).

Also, the Governor can report sales here and trades, then the Ruler can update both ppls list once both have been reported here. Seems to me the fewer places it has to be reported the easier it will be to take care.

Also, this place would make a single place to see what you might have to offer to sell and buy and trade. Of course I think the sale could be made anywere the two parties want to talk, but we need to have an accurate record - and one place to report those sales and trades.

So, to belabor the point, I think production should be reported here, verified by the plots thread, and posted along with the Kala.

To belabor it further, I think sales, buys, and trades should be reported here by all parties involved and only then updated on the one account list.

Also, if possible, you might make a thread for just the list of accounts that can't be replied to, is modified only by the Ruler, and is sticky.

Makes sense. So you'd prefer a locked list I post, say, weekly updates to, rather than one I keep editing like this one? That's not hard to do. And once we've got started, I'm expecting we'll do things in weekly lots and so shouldn't need to update it more often than that.

Lets see - 30 and 14 and 5 from over there, that was 49 fish caught, but I only have 20 here - what the heck? Those peasants did eat 24 meals this week.

Last week´s production, expenditures, and sales:
Food: Produced 49, peasants ate 24, sold 5 - Total on hand for wk. = 20
Wood: Produced 20, sold 15 - Total on hand for wk. = 5
Whales: Produced 28, sold 0, used 0 - Total on hand for the wk. = 28

Income: sold 5 fish and 15 wood = income of 10 Kala = 28 Kala on hand
Spent: 20 Kala for plot 8, 4 Kala to explore = 24 Kala spent
Kala Balance: 4
