I, Baron H4773r 3lfs0n of Barony Vorpmadal and Lord of Kaikias under The Kaiser, over The Count of Kaikias,

Hereby grants Baldwin Plantagenet - Julii all my Landsraad votes for Barony Vorpmadal (5)

ONLY in instances concerning Kaikias and Antican relations.

I also require all vote decisions to be posted in this decree for my perusal

AND should I wish, I may revoke this privalidge any time I so please and CHANGE the vote in the Landsraad to whatever I see fit.
