As in the Dutch formation of the 1970's. Tellia use the total football philosophy and when it works every player can slot into any position should any of them decide to roam forward. Not the best of ideas though to use in modern day football, especially with many teams playing a containing match sticking defensively for their lives (North Korea) or teams trying to counter-attack quickly and break when they have the ball (many teams do the latter, Germany have used it effectively in recent times).

There is a reason why that was back in the 70's. Modern football is so different compared to then. The really successful teams are defensively balanced but still maintain a strong offensive capability. Nowadays players are much more specialized on the pitch and in training, which means that you can't really build a really successful team in that way anymore.
