Question on Shirekeep

Post by Aurangzeb Khan »

Shirekeep is presently burning, drowning and likely to fall to two rebel factions, both of which profess to be loyal, simultaneously.

I'd just like to make sure this isn't the apocalypse.

So, in other words, everything is status quo?

No! Call upon the might Sakat, who will answer your question about apocolypse, my sons. He knows all the history, even the bits that haven't happened yet (at least through prophecies)

And as we priests of Sakat always say - "When faced with an incredibly dangerous and unique situation that's never happened before, the first thing you should do is rush into the library to see whether it's happened before." Besides anything else, it means that when it hits you're hiding in a quiet room with very thick walls ...

So come. Let us rush to our Sakat standard Libraries!

And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

Excuse my divine ignorance ... heathen being Cedrist, or the other ones?

He was consulting with Brappa. Then he took a nap. For 3 months.

What about Abbasism? There's gotta be at least a *little* bit of truth in that... say, perhaps Abbas Namvari is Abbas Namvari. :)

Yes!

Also, we're not all Abbas - for a time, we were all Yuri, and before that the privileged among us were Erik, but Abbas? Nah, that's just Babkhans doing their culture copycat thing :p

But all the gods they speak of are Cedrist...

Though the Apocalypse is a Christian Concept... but I think he meant The End Times...

And.. this isn't even close to the End Times...

So saith B'caw:

"Behold, mine favor is gained not by the quantity of chicken consumed, but by HOW IT IS SAVORED. When one eats the spicy chicken, one may taste the spice of the meat; but unless, in so doing, one tastes also the spice of life, truly that one has lost their way. This is the truth of B'caw."

O dread Khan, O Maksym, heed these words well.
