Yeah.. Me.
I declare this passed!

Though to be honest. With the SCUE now free from the SC. I might just give up on the SC as an organization. I still support the various treaties. but maybe the organization itself was a bad idea.

I still support moving to the MCS as a simple place for nations to informally come together and hammer out treaties.

For a start, can we do what need to be done to move this out of the SC (I'm guessing to the MCS).
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.
