I hereby open the voting on the application of the Federation of Kanto.

By the power vested in me, the Primate, by Article 3 of the Treaty of General Membership, which allows me to 'oversee' the operations of the Commonwealth Assembly I hereby determine the closing time of this vote at the 1st of March, 00:00 hours UTC.

Gralus votes ABSTAIN. While Kanto is an interesting idea, I feel it does not yet meet it's full potential; and would like to it gain more than one active citizen. I do not feel the Small Commonwealth's place is to help out starting up nations; but rather, provide a place for nations to work together once they've begun proper development and preferably gained land on Micras (that being a useful sign that they've developed to a sufficient base level).

Kanto is hereby refused as a member of the Small Commonwealth by the Commonwealth Assembly. I think this is actually the first time the Commonwealth Assembly has ever refused a nation to become member.
