Thank you, Harvey and thank you, representatives of the member nations of the Small Commonwealth.

I will try to forfill this duty with most care and will do my best to be a good chairman. I have the feeling that it will take a long time before I reach Erik's level of awesomeness, if I'll ever reach it. This will, however, not keep me from trying.

The things I want to achieve are plain and simple: I want to go on where Erik stopped in all matters, including the organization of the Commonwealth Congress. Furthermore I will try to solve the status of Hurmu, since that's still a bit vague.
