Resolution about the Small Commonwealth HQ
1. The headquarters of the Small Commonwealth will be located at Tymaria City.
2. The location of the HQ on Micras doesn't influence on which forum the debates are done.
3. Tymaria City is a leased area for as long the Small Commonwealth wants to use it.
3.1. If the SC collapses, the land will be returned to Shireroth.
3.2. A majority of the member states can decide to let the city rejoin Shireroth.
4. The island and city of Tymaria City will be known as Tymaria District.
5. The Tymaria District is ruled by the Small Commonwealth. The Primate and Secundus are responsible for the daily developments and administration of the District.

There are more continents than Benacia. Tymaria City is actually pretty close to the center of the map, which is sort of meaningless, yet fitting!

(But if you really want this, why don't you let Shireroth have an option of retaking the island should it deem necessary to do so, for example, if Shireroth itself leaves the Commonwealth)

Don't see that as a problem or as necessary. I just feel it best if Shireroth abstains in the matter. I think there is general support for it. But for political/international reason...

AYE - my government and I feel that Shirerethan influence in the SC should be cut down to an acceptable minimum.
