There is the idea that we should make accounts registered for the Commonwealth itself. ie, add it as a viable nation in the bank.

Apart from the admin account, I don't see the need.
The character Andreas the Wise is on indefinite leave.

It was suggested. Having the admin account seperate from the other countries might help. Plus if we need to have the SC itself have money to pay out, having an account not tied to a nation my help prevent charges of favoring one nation over another... etc..
