I put the following more or less simply voting regulations before the Assembly for vote. We have discussed them previously, so I think there shouldn't be to much issue, but let the voting begin!

Voting Regulations
a. A vote is open for a maximum of 4 days.
b. If a vote reaches 50%+1 of all members in favor before the end of 4 days it passes.
c. If a vote reaches 50%+1 of at least 1/2 of all members by the end of 4 days it passes.
d. If these two conditions are not met, the vote fails.

As a point of curiosity, does an abstain vote count as a vote for the purposes of determination of condition c.?

I would count it toward Quorum, but ignore it for percentages.

So right now, this vote is passing 100%.
